He is passionate about hospitality and after several openings as hotel director with international brands, Intercontinental, Marriott and Hilton, he has been for ten years Hilton International executive as Owner Support Director supporting more than 65 owners and management companies in Europe in operations.
Since 2019 he has been hospitality consultant with focus on guest experience, food & beverage management and management control, recruiting and training for managers and department heads.
For over two years he has been a university professor at Ca Foscari – Hospitality Management where he teaches two courses: guest experience design and food and beverage management.
