Lucia is a partner consultant at Hospite, an expert trainer in empathic communication. She holds a degree in humanities and a master’s degree in marketing and communication. After 18 years of corporate experience, she chose to devote herself to training companies and organisations in soft skills such as emotional intelligence, empathic communication, the science of happiness and conflict management.
