Marco Cagnetta

Marco is an experienced director and manager, with a diploma in hotel management and a degree in 2013 from the Slow Food University in Pollenzo. After an experience in Rome at the Sheraton and Excelsior, he worked in international realities, first at the Hilton in Armenia and then in Dubai as F&B director in the American chain Marriot. Back in Italy, he worked as director at Palazzo BN and now manages the Vetera Matera. He is an expert in lean management, management control and corporate strategy.
