Spa Management and Training for the Wellness World

After having started her career in the wellness and hospitality industry 20 years ago as a Spa Therapist, Martina gained experience to become Director of Spa in prestigious Italian luxury hotels. In the last two years, she has chosen to embark on a new path as a trainer, specialising in both the Spa and Retail worlds.

She has combined two great passions: training and staff development, along with travel. Her job focuses on several key aspects, including improving internal communication, personalising service, managing sales, and defining and implementing quality standards, with a focus on the Guest & Customer Experience Journey.

She currently works with Hospite and also with a well-known Italian cosmetics brand as a training manager, continuing to transfer his expertise in training and empowering teams in the industry.
