The training project focused on the central role of the guest experience in order to create unique experiences for the hotel guests. In addition, we trained the staff in specific skills such as problem solving, communication, linguistics and empathy.

Training topics:
  • Guest Experience: during the training sessions, we analysed the role of the guest experience in developing unique experiences with a strong attention to detail
  • Communication, linguistics and empathy: staff have been trained to provide techniques and tools to communicate effectively with guests, using the most effective words and creating an empathetic atmosphere
  • Problem Solving: the employees of the facility got involved in developing problem solving techniques by applying theory to real cases and role play.
