The project involved training employees in specific topics such as leadership and feedback management. In addition, through teambuilding activities, the staff got involved in developing and strengthening human interactions.

• Leadership: staff has been trained to develop awareness of their own leadership style and the impact it makes, also giving concrete tools for conflict management
• Teambuilding: training aimed at strengthening the concepts of teamwork and collaboration, in order to consolidate relationships, stimulate problem-solving and increase the level of service towards guests
• Feedback Management: focused training to understand the strategic importance of feedback in peer relations, with one’s co-workers and in individual and team development processes
