Description of the facility and training project

Immersed in 50 hectares of beautiful gardens on the southern coast of Sardinia, the award-winning resort offers unique experiences to its guests, in gourmet restaurants, unspoilt beaches and nature, numerous swimming pools and a unique Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa. The project involved training employees in specific topics such as leadership and feedback management. In addition, through teambuilding activities, the staff got involved in developing and strengthening human interactions.

Training topics:
  • Leadership: staff has been trained to develop awareness of their own leadership style and the impact it makes, also giving concrete tools for conflict management
  • Teambuilding: training aimed at strengthening the concepts of teamwork and collaboration, in order to consolidate relationships, stimulate problem-solving and increase the level of service towards guests
  • Feedback Management: focused training to understand the strategic importance of feedback in peer relations, with one’s co-workers and in individual and team development processes
